Came around 11:50. We had the window open while listening to the lady taking the order of the car in front of us. We heard her yelling at the customer in front, so my partner and I were extra nice when ordering with her thinking she was maybe having a bad day. After ordering and getting to the window, we realized we forgot to order a Cinnabon, and asked if we could order it. Considering there was no one behind us, we thought this would be okay to just add onto our order at the window. The woman rudely said no and that she would have to warm it up. We let that slide since we werent trying to be difficult, even though itd probably take 30 seconds to warm up. But then when we asked for some ranch, she just kept passive aggressively telling us that everything was in the bag, but we didnt order ranch, we were asking for some after the fact. I understand that fast food is a tough job but when did we stop talking to people normally?? Especially since we were even trying to be extra efficient and kind with our order. We just parked and went inside for some ranch afterwards to be able to talk to someone else who wasnt so rude. Lady at the window (seems like a manager or supervisor) needs to get a new position there, maybe where shes not talking to customers.

I arrived to the drive thru at 10:28. I was excited I made it in time for breakfast! Upon arrival they had switched all the signs over already and I asked if breakfast was over. The worker replied,yes. She was lucky I was in a good mood and didnt want to create a bad day for myself. If you have signs stating a specific time, you should honor them. I was about to order breakfast for my staff at work. They lost $80+ order and my patronage.
