        I went to this location for distance convenience, however; I was not fully satisfied with the service. The young lady that helped me was not welcoming and didnt show any effort to cover my questions. At the end of our meeting she just said Ok if not more questions you are ready to go and she just remained sorted on her chair and never shook my hand once. At the Downey location I always welcomed with a charming smile and always make me feel comfortable.

        Schools First Credit Union staff are awesome. The SFCU team has a way of making everyone feel welcomed, seen, heard and valued. I frequent, the Lakewood Office Branch regularly and the 2 SFCU staff that have always made me feel welcomed are Tracy and Vesna McKay both provide excellent customer service and always greet me with a smile!
