The room smelled of humidity and then they ask for deposits when the room is in poor condition. The door squeaked a lot. The air conditioning was in poor condition.

I used to live in Long Beach, so I know the area. Ive moved, but every time I come back I always stay here and will continue to( until I hit the lotto) yes the place is old, but the rooms are clean and the staff is always friendly and professional. The last year and half Ive been coming back to Long Beach Ive never had a problem with this place.

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY HERE! It is cheap, but there are hidden fees and booking is non refundable. The room appeared to be clean, but when I went to dry my hands the towels were covered in hair. Pulled back the bedding and there was hair and dirt on the pillows. Called to the front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day and we would have to check back in the morning. Went to speak to the front desk and were ignored by the hotel staff. They were rude and dismissive. They also tried to tell us we did not book through them so we would need to take our concerns elsewhere. We are in a place with dirty towels and bedding. I am disgusted to say the least. We leave tomorrow for a cruise and had planned to stay here on the return, but I would rather lose the money than stay another night in this disgusting place. We have cancelled the return stay and have submitted a claim. Do not stay here!
