She is always very responsive when we reach out with questions/concerns. Also it is a treat to receive yearly birthday wishes from Kristine. Kelly Williams, both the company and the founder, are stellar. I found them after trying other avenues that left me dissatisfied and overwhelmed. Kelly listened to my specific needs and priorities, did the research, and sent me several options. He reviewed the options with me and helped me choose the right one. From start to finish was a long process, but he remained calm, patient, understanding, and personable until the policy was finalized. This is a 5 star insurance company with a 24 carat person leading the helm, and a wonderful team. If youre looking for a trusted insurance professional, stop looking. I highly recommend Kelly Williams, the company and the founder without reservations.
