Absolutely terrible service. File a complaint with the State Bar of California if you are having or have had similar issues. MFS Legal dont even act like they care except when we were told to sign an offer that was LESS than what Subaru offered us before we signed papers with MFS Legal. We were informed that the offer we got was so low it was insulting and MFS Legal could recover liability insurance that we paid while owning the vehicle among other monetary recovery. Literally months will go by without hearing anything from their office. We noted the offer MFS Legal wanted us to sign gave us LESS money than Subaru offered previously but MFS got MORE money for themselves. Very shady.
