Breathe Total Balance has been my Go-To wellness center for years, the friendly staff, calm environment and amazing services offered are unparalleled, Their recent move from Bellflower to Long Beach was a great upgrade. The new location is in the center of Long Beach and easy to find. My favorite service is a massageand I recommend Sharon her aptitude is master level, you must try her healing hands. I love to follow my massage therapy with a Chiropractic Adjustment for that final touch of pure bliss and balance.

Had an A M A Z I N G massage this afternoon here at BTB! this place is a gem in the heart of Long Beach that also provides Chiropractic services! Got my back & neck adjusted as well and was able to tap into Zen mode real quick! Super Cute on the inside with friendly staff ready to attend you. Will definitely be returning !

Dr. Sharma is the best!! He truly cares about his patients. He listens to your needs and goes above and beyond to help you out. The receptionists are all super sweet too. They are constantly doing their best to accommodate you. I've been going here for about a year now and I have nothing but positive experiences :)
