Medico Professional Linen Service

I have been a customer of Medico for several years now. Initially I was attracted by the pricing. That remains competitive. What I really appreciate about this company is the excellent customer service. Tim Brown has been my delivery man for several years and he goes out of the way to give me excellent customer service. The area manager Craig also has done a great job for me whenever I needed to talk to him about my contract or adjusting my orders. But I think what is particularly impressive is that my location is way off the beaten track, but Tim always manages to get my linens delivered even if it involves some tricky backing up and turning around.

Thank you for always having our very clean linen sheets delivered and pressed. You make us look very good with our clientele. We are especially appreciative that we have your cell number in the event of schedule changes. As I have compares prices and quality over the years, I will continue and use Medico Long Beach for our linen services. I have zero complains from any of the workers or managers at this specific location. I am grateful for the years of services that our company continues to have with you.
