DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEFS!!! . If you leave your valuables they will steal them from you. They hire criminal. Don't trust FRANK HE WILL STEAL FROM YOU!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience on 11/30/23 for the first time after using this company for serval times. Trusting them to come into my home to do a job, never would of thought that one of there plumbers would come to just steal from my home.This plumber stole my Apple Watch from my kids room thinking we wouldnt notice bc the room was messy at the time not realize that was the first thing we noticed that was gone. We did do a police report and its under investigation.Since the owner of the PDS PLUMBING AND AIR is in denial that his plumber could do such a thing. The watch has been trace back to the area of the plumbing company and the owner is still in denial and even try to insinuate that it couldve been another employee just to keep defending this employee. I think people should know this that way people dont have their guard down think they are trustworthy when in reality they are not. Just beware of who you trust coming into your home.Dont be so trustworthy of people you never know when they will steal from you. You are the one that needs to stop lying to your costumers. And admit that you have one employee that has ruined a good thing you had going on. And the reason why I hadnt spoke up on it was bc you advised me to pls continue to monitor the watch. As I did and the watch ping leaving your office and was turned of driving away from your company thats when I called you to informed about how we where going to go about this matter I even told you I was going to contact the detective about this. And you your self was lost for words and told me you needed to think. And to clarify I dont want your money I think I made that clear when I filed the police report. Hear yourself you are the one trying to prove that you dont hire thiefs when I have not said that I am just speaking up on my experience. Thats why you upset about bc you known your guy took it but you dont want to admit it bc you said yourself you hired him yourself. You attacking a customer looks really good for company I guess. Your customers need to know you are only going to give them the round around but you are not going to resolve the issue.

Joshua came to replace my trash disposal and did a great job! He came to my unit after regular plumbing hours because of my work schedule. I was pleasantly surprised to hear he was coming because my sink was pretty much busted but he came to the rescue. Thank you Joshua and PDS Plumbing!!
