        I've worked with this company Pro Plumbers in the past, so it's no surprise that I'm a returning highly satisfied customer. With that being said, I would like to give a huge shout out to Andrew Moreno, the Pro Plumber technician, who came out to diagnose the problem. He demonstrated professionalism and great knowledge in his line of work. He arrived on the site on time and he explained to step-by-step on the issue of the matter. Even though, we wasn't able to fix the shower drain problem today because it turned out to be something else that wasn't expected. I am confident that he'll be back to fix it. I'll definitely continue to do business with Pro Plumbers here in Long Beach. Service: Drain cleaning

        We asked them to unclog our pipes. They said they couldnt unclog it, told us it was because a pipe was broken, and then charged us 300$ just for looking inside with a scope and replacing the wax seal, while quoting us over 3000$ to dig and fix the pipe. We hired a different plumber, they dug to the pipe only to tell us it isnt broken! They unclogged the pipe with a snake and told us we were lied to. Untrustworthy business!
