I call this company the bare minimum company, because thats exactly what they do. The bare minimum ! Theyre charging $2000 for a one bedroom that hasnt been remodeled or no new appliances. Thank God for housing, because theyre renting units that are deemed unsafe. Apartment looks move in ready. But werent move in ready. My inspection failed due to safety hazards ! I feel sorry for anyone who doesnt receive housing and are unaware of these safety hazards that can potentially lead to harm or even fatality.

Why is it that I have to pay my rent on time or get charged late fees if I decide to pay later? This apartment is soo bad and the property management does not seem to care. I have requested to have this leaking ceiling taken care of for practically a year now. Recently, they came to finally patch and paint the ceiling and install a vent for the restroom, I was happy. Only to have it days later leak, stop working, and short out the only light in the Bathroom. Ive expressed my concerns but no one has come to fix anything. At this point I feel I have been scammed into a 12 month contract with no refund, compensation, or way out. We still have not Received a stove vent installation for cooking. They told us a little hole in the ceiling is fine. It gets hot and stuffy when cooking and feels unsafe for my pregnant wife to inhale

Whenever I request maintenance or other issues about my apartment with Belmont Brokerage, they respond in a timely manner and they get the work done soon as possible and efficiently. Great customer service
