Tyler Mehl and his entire team are terrific. They manage just two apartments owned by our family, and they rent those units on our behalf. One might think such a small account would get lost among their larger buildings and more prosperous landlords, but they make us feel like valued business partners. Best of all, they have found us excellent, dependable tenants who consistently tell us that they are happy with the fair and efficient service and communication they receive from the management company.

Working with Belmont Shore Land Co. has been a terrific experience. As a property owner, my wife and I were picky in choosing property management that fit our needs in Long Beach. We were assured long-term residents, fair rent and excellent customer service, this is exactly what we got. I can't thank them enough for finding wonderful residents who stayed over 3 years. Tyler was transparent and up-front with any maintenance issues and connected his local contractor to get them resolved quickly. We appreciated the month-end reports sent out which provided quality communication. We felt supported and confident while living in another state. This is a great find for potential tenants to find a great apartment as well as potential landlords to have a professional management staff. Very friendly and customer oriented and quite thorough and all their dealings as well. Highly recommend.
