UPDATE: Called today and Jackie picked up. Yes! Now that I got her she was able to give me some assistance....not done yet though...but thankful I was able to reach her and didn't have to seek a consultation elsewhere. Thanks for your help.

If you want a responsive accountable tax office stay away from this business! Not only did they keep my paperwork for weeks without working on it because "it was at the bottom of a pile" but they also kept my deposit. They never return phone calls or emails. They told me they would give me a call in 5 minutes when I called to ask about my taxes but never did. They literally did nothing with my file I got fed up and finally decided to pick up my paperwork after 3 months of waiting for an update from them. When they told me my paperwork was put at the bottom of the file the owner said they took on more that they could handle. I read the bad review of another customer however I decided to give them a chance since they are a local business yet they did the exact same thing to me. No returned calls, no email responses just a lot blah blah blah on their part. I am still waiting on a call from them regarding my deposit which has been a month now.
