        This company allows their drivers and people answering their phones to violate your rights. Drivers are condensing. And predators circulating your community to over charge you and not let you use your credit card to pay after they have bullied you, to take your car of you don't pay. Tow truck driver claimed he was manager and that he new the law. He failed to give us a receipt. He wouldn't give us his permit number to verify he wa legit. Claiming he didn't have t. When I called the office since driver didn't want to give us his credibility info the office Said pretty much do what he says or they would take car. Both employees carried a chip on there shoulders...please be aware amd know your rights

        The practices and pricing are unbelievable. An unhitch fee of 200 is unbelievable and and 500 to get it from there lot is robery. Especially when we had permission to park from were it was towed and tried to show the paper that they were unable to see.

      Tell the truth you didn’t have permission to park there. You’ve been warned multiple times the owner gave you a chance so now you want to come after the towing company after you’ve been warned by the owner of the property
