As my lease is coming to an end, I wanted to share my review about Olive. This building was one of the best I've lived so far. The staff is super friendly and are always ready to help, plus they make amazing events! Whenever we had a problem at our apartment, they will always fix it in less than an hour. I would recommend this place for any USC student who is looking for an off campus place because this building is across from the USC building where you can take the bus to campus and not have to worry about ubers or car. Thanks so much for everything Olive :)

I cant speak highly enough about Emily and her staff here at Olive DTLA! Emily has gone above and beyond for me. Cant thank them enough! Anyone looking for a great place to live I recommend checking out Olive!

As my lease is nearing its end at olive i wanted to share that I have nothing but great things to say about the place. I loved my loft along with the common areas, and appreciated the team that is here as well. Jay and Emily both are the best you can ask for with a property management team having the utmost professionalism as well as being very hospitable. Any need I had was quickly taken care of by them, as well as any maintenance issue was always taken care of the same day.

As my lease is coming to an end, I wanted to share my review about Olive. This building was one of the best I've lived so far.
