I have had so many negative experiences living here. First of all, the last time I renewed my lease, I called and they adjusted the offer by about $30. After I signed, I realized that they then added $15 to my parking fee. When I emailed them, I was told that the price had increased, but the timing was before either offer. When I pointed that out, they never responded. The elevators are always breaking. Sometimes multiple elevators are broken at the same time. One of the elevators has had a broken display and exposed panel for at least 5 months that has still not been repaired. The garage gates get stuck open multiple times a year. There have been leaking pipes in the garage for over 2 years. They know, but still don't do anything about it. I know at least one person that slipped because of the puddle. I've been dripped on countless times and I don't know if it's clean or dirty water that's leaking. When I had an issue with people making noise after hours in the pool area, I wasn't able to contact security. When I talked to one of the maintenance guys about it, he said that we didn't actually have security that was here on a regular basis. My balcony had bees that kept making a hive in the drain. The solution was to duct tape the drain. Maintenance will often either blame you for things that are not your fault, or tell you that things are normal when they're not. There was a problem with the plumbing so that every time my upstairs neighbors took a shower, my whole unit vibrated. They didn't do anything for weeks because the neighbors didn't answer the door and they refused to put a notice to enter. After that, my sink kept backing up while I wasn't even home and they kept coming to snake the drain. When I went on a trip and came home to the sink backing up and clogging, I was told that it was normal. Fire alarms are always going off when there's no fire. Many neighbors have complained that they have fleas in their apartments, even if they don't have pets.
