I want to give a shout-out to the incredible Mari Enrile who showed me an apartment today. She was beyond! She was well-versed and informative on the ins and outs of the lease I was considering, and the building itself. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions perfectly! I think she even stayed late for me, which was so appreciated in a moment of making a big decision like moving. She understood the levity - and always reminded me that I had the agency in my next apartment - she was only helping by answering my questions - but it was ultimately my decision. But also - she was a lot of fun! I put in an application immediately upon arriving home! You can't go wrong working with Mari and her team! Thank you so much, Mari!

Her depth of knowledge about the building and the nearby upscale establishments was impressive. With an air of professionalism and sophistication, she adeptly addressed all my inquiries with finesse. Ive lived here for two years. The garage has no cameras, if something is stolen this place will not cooperate with you in any way. The hallways to the apartments have no cameras. Maintenance will walk in whenever they feel like it when theyre doing checks. Instead of waiting for you to answer the door. The second time I signed with them they called me and told me that they drastically undervalued my apartment and that they want to charge me above a legal mark up. It wasnt until i told them the law that they backed off. Most of the apartments are empty because they air bnb almost every room. Which drastically drives up the price to the empty apartments. Very much a rip off and all of my neighbors only stay for one year before running away. I wish I would have done the same thing, but live and learn.
