Hampshire Place Apartments

We left about a year ago now, but we miss it all the time! Omuri is the best, they are very responsive, and the apartment & facilities are great perks. It was a great place to settle into when we moved to LA from out of state, with it being centrally located and with all the fun restaurants/entertainment in this area. Parking is competitive, the area isn't the most clean & it's a pretty dense in this part of LA, but these are city wide issues that you will likely face anywhere so I recommend this as a great place for the price & area.

We love living here. The leasing and maintenance staff are top notch. We have been here since 2017.

I never write reviews, but I felt that the service tech team here really went above and beyond to fix my problems and make me feel welcomed. Within the first couple days, Chris helped me fix some minor issues I had. He was super polite, efficient and I really felt like he cared about getting the job done and did so as quickly as possible. I also had the pleasure to meet Jerry and Carlos who were really nice and helped me find my way around the property. Overall I am very happy, feel safe and feel like the team here really love and care for this place. The apartments are super cute and the amenities like the gym and pool are amazing. It's always clean, the landscape is super pretty and it feels calm and relaxing.
