Management at the apartments seems to be lackluster, with little effort put into actual management. One of the amenities that was highlighted during our initial tour was EV parking. However, despite my request for a spot over two and a half months ago, I have yet to receive an update on its availability. This lack of communication is just one of the few issues I've encountered with the management team. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, the team has been unable to provide any information. In particular, Edwin, the assistant community manager, has repeatedly made empty promises about parking audits that were supposed to be completed over a month and a half ago. The team's incompetence and lack of communication have left me exhausted, and I'm eagerly awaiting the end of my lease so I can leave this place. In the future, I will be more cautious when leasing from apartments managed by Greystar. Will possibly be willing to edit my review if/when I get a response about the parking spots.

This rating is for my experience visiting Llewellyn Apartments for a tour. Front office staff confirmed my appointment via phone but did not communicate with one another. When I arrived, I was aggressively asked by Kimberly why I didn't call back to confirm my appointment and that I'd have to wait and see if there was a no show first. When I told her I did with the other woman who promised to relay the message, I did not receive an apology. I was told to wait on the couch. After a few minutes, I left without touring because the experience was completely disrespectful of my time and effort. I don't mind waiting and I understand mistakes can happen - it's how the situation was handled afterwards. If this is the first encounter I have with this leasing management, it doesn't bode well. I asked a current resident for their thoughts while I was on-site. They also had bad experiences with the front office staff and said they can't wait to move out. Obviously feedback sample size of 1 but I left knowing I made the right choice. I received voicemails from Llewellyn afterwards to schedule time for a tour (again, no apology or acknowledgment of the situation). I addressed my experience with Kimberly over the phone when she rudely interrupted to 'correct' me with her account of the situation. Does that negate the fact that your front office staff's customer service is subpar and I wasted precious time on a Saturday afternoon because of it? The phone call confirmed I will definitely not go back for a tour. Unprofessional behavior throughout this experience was shocking given the sticker price of this place. It's significantly more expensive than other buildings in the area but apparently you're not paying for top tier service, would not recommend scheduling a tour.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RENTERS OR OUR LIVELIHOOD. I initially leased a unit online in December. Later, Angel and Kimberly called saying the unit wasn't available due to a ceiling issue. I called 2 weeks later because I had not heard from them and then they said they were not done with the flooring. WHATTT?! They went back and forth with the ceiling and the floor it didn't even make sense. I've called multiple times and still have not received an answer after 2 months and they processed over $300. This is unacceptable and we have grown frustrated over the months since they give no assurance or communication about our unit. The unit should not have ever been set as available online if it WAS NOT available. Instead of helping us, the leasing agent gave us the number of the construction company working on our unit. That is not acceptable or a way to treat future renters. DO NOT RENT HERE, LOOK ELSEWHERE. NOT WORTH THE STRESS. Since they do not answer I decided to leave this review because I want my refund back. I called Michelle last month and she supposedly processed a check that was supposed to be sent in a month and I still have not received anything. I'm supposed to be waiting for a call from Angel, who seems too busy doing nothing to return a simple call. The staff keeps ghosting my calls, emails, and reviews. We would like a full refund, that is all, it's not that difficult.
