Signed a contract with this organization in April 2019. The "deal" was pay them $11000 upfront and if the timeshare cancellation hadn't happened in 6 months, they would refund my money. Well, it is now October 2021, 2.5 YEARS later - no resolution. They simply turned it over to a timeshare release law firm in St Louis .. since then, unless I call and bother that law firm, nothing happens!! Needless to say, I have not had money refunded AND am still encumbered with a Wyndham timeshare!!! Must be time to file a complaint with the BBB and a few other organizations. Bottom line .. don't fall for this !!!!!

We have had a very poor experience with this company we have paid them approximately $5,000.00 in fees upfront over 12 months ago and they have done nothing. They do not reply to emails and phone calls. Their protection is an answering machine we leave messages and no one ever replies over a one year period. The sales person who took our money has left the company, he is always polite but does nothing he promises. We believe this is a scam and have reported it to Visa, they are investigating.

this is a hoax. they scam they rip you off. dont go with them save your money. you get nothing only your money taking away like your time share
