Brett was so easy to work with and his response time is exceptional. My initial call and conversation with him was what made me hire him. I spoke with his assistant and she said shed have him give me a call back to discuss my options. He called me back within 30 mins of that inquiry and we spoken for over 45 mins about my situation. He was knowledgeable and forthcoming without putting any pressure on me to hire him. Brett informed me of my rights with the lemon law and assured me this was something he would be able to take care of given the circumstances. Additionally, each and every time I reached out to Brett he responded and did so very quickly. If I sent an email at night, I had a response by morning, if I sent an email first thing in the morning I had a response within an hour or two. And he always answered all my questions (even the unnecessary worry wart questions ) and reassured me. Things were almost fully settled within 2 months. Unfortunately and at no fault to Brett the car company was dragging their feet sending out my final payment so I contacted Brett again and he had it resolved within 2 days! Hes a great lawyer, responsive, knows the law and gets the job done. Definitely eases the mind knowing someone has it all under control and you will get made whole again.
