I called the place as several months ago I was told to call by the Attorney Referral, I was unable to reach a Human. I left as message in their machine. My call was never returned. I was injured a little over two years ago at a Hilton Hotel in a crazy elevator that slammed me up and down, It alledgedly went to floors that were not there! I do not understand the lack of integrity of the firm. Is it because I am not Jewish that I was ignored !

Warning you ! They do not care. I have tried for sinced 2019 for all different reasons each time and each time they say we dont take your case, its too soon , its too far away, etc.. then what cases do you take ? Haha Then I go Through another service that says they use them and o was like trust me they wont So I asked the girl Cynthia that is soooooo slow and doesnt tell you everything so you have to ask questions instead of being efficient and fast and getting to the point. Me are you sure youre actually going to help? Yes Me ok lets do this then but if you are dont stop becaue I just asked if you were really going to help. Ok . And they didnt and left me hanging in a worse situation and I had to run to the court twice and do everything for them in a pannick driving fast to Stanley Mosk and and filing with Shriver and then filing myself this past Monday and Im overly communicative and then her supervisor LI tells me Im not . When I can show you all texts and they lied and said i didnt pick up the calls when they never called me yesterday at all. I will add more to this and what they did. I cant spend more time writing about this. But please report then if theyve left you hanging in a worse situation and wasted your timeline of your deadline. Yes its free but all they need to say is yes or no not make you do all Their work and leave you in a worse situation and ruin your filing deadlines and ruined serving other party for the building to win. Heartless. And they lied and wont show me the facts likea lawyer would.

I had really high hopes for this company, I suppose that was my fault. I was referred here from a similar non-profit in a different area for help with severe elder abuse. When I first spoke with one of staff members, Dani Kaiserman, she was very nice, she was patient and took the time to listen to the details of my mothers abuse case. We spoke for a little more than a half hour and I was told that a group of attorneys would be discussing different strategies for the case. When I heard back from her the next day, I was told immediately that she could not advise us on the case, she could not take the case, and she could not disclose why she could not take the case. I felt it a bit cold, considering the nature of our case. I sort of expected a referral maybe, or help of some sort to plan b. Reiterating this message to my mother was a heart shattering experience. Weve reported this abuse 4 times to 4 different organizations. Each time, nothing is done. My mom has become very hopeless and depressed because no one will help her, and it feels like no one cares about what shes dealing with. We wish we could have been told the whys so that we could tread in a better direction afterwards. Other than this outcome and process, we left the initial voicemail with the organization, and I believe we got the call back no more than 1-2 days later.
