Have never dealt with a company less accommodating or ethical. They currently have items I have paid for, have lost product that was sent to them, and currently decided without notifying me that they have over quadrupled their fees. Unfortunate. They used to be a good company, my vendors said they prefer to work with other labeling companies now.

I have to give them 5 stars. Theyre professional, thorough and always answer all my questions breaking it down so that my new boutique owner brain can fully understand their processes. (Which I truly appreciate) Special shout out to Louie and Tiffany for always being accessible. I highly recommend them to any new boutique owner.

They lost two of my items. I gave them 200 labels for 165 clothing items. I didn't receive the remaining 35 labels back. I gave them a suitcase and duffle bag full of clothes to label and only received the suitcase back. Most of the work was done correctly, but for a few of my clothes the work was done very poorly. They somehow managed to get black string in between fabric of a white top.

I'm in Atlanta, and I was really excited to use this company for labeling my new online boutique clothing, but sadly, disappointed. I was completely ghosted by Carlos. I didn't think that my font would be that challenging. I have no problem if they weren't able to create my design, but don't leave me waiting and guessing for a response from you. Carlos had asked me for a picture (png) file of the design since I guess he couldn't match the font type I had with the "Adobe Fonts" he was using. (I used Canva for my label & logo design) My design was not complicated at all. It was simple, and he was providing me alternatives to my design which I was open to, but wasn't thrilled because I'd specifically wanted a 'child-like' font. The ones he offered I just wasn't thrilled about. (which is okay..that's not the issue) After sending him the picture file, I checked to make sure he received. Anyways, after sending him the file that he requested and texting him to make sure he received it, his last response to me was " I'm actually about to jump on to pull it up :)". After sending him another text later on that day to check in...nothing. Now, I get that they're pretty busy, but he went ghost bc my text went unresponded...that was Thursday afternoon 5/2. I decided to wait for a reply the next day Friday...no call back/no text back. So, I decided to wait and see if I wld hear from him on Monday 5/6...radio silence. That's when I decided to move on. I don't like to waste folks' time nor have my time wasted as well. This is business-just be straight up and let me know that my design font was a challenge or just tell me that you're unable to work with design and I'll move on! Sure I'll be disappointed, but COMMUNICATION is what I appreciate. I decided to move on New York Custom Labels...they were excellent in response and can work with any design. I like the fact that they send samples to customers with the customers design on the label so that they can quality check the labels themselves for approval :D
