Been working closely with LACT at my office for about 2 years now, when they were handed the reins to a messy operation left by our previous IT company. Since then, I've had the pleasure of being able to trust Josh and Eddie with issues big and small around our site, including overseeing a full revamp of our sitewide WiFi coverage. I can always expect prompt and comprehensive responses from the team, and having their knowledge and expertise is a valuable asset, especially when I'm completely in over my head. I had the opportunity to work with Josh and his team on a complicated email issue. Not only does Josh fully understand the complexities of email with services like Office 365 but he helps his clients to become DMARC compliant and helps prevent domain impersonation and phishing. Not only do they have the insight and experience they also have the expertise to actually implement a fix. Amazing experience.
