Love their customer service. I was supposed to have a wedding in 2020 and my wedding got cancelled because of COVID. I had called during the pandemic to ask if it was okay that we reschedule the pick up date and they said it was fine. I called again today 10/12/2023 to tell them that I chose my wedding date that if it were okay if we pick the flowers up January 27th or a week before that date in 2024 which is my new wedding date and this man gave me a yes without a problem. Now THAT IS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. He made my day!

We hired Beatriz to do our floral arrangements for our wedding. She went over everything with us prior to the wedding, we chose a date for a her to make us a sample centerpiece to make sure it is to our liking and all. We paid the total amount prior to delivery and on the day of the wedding things didnt go well with them. They delivered all the arrangements including the large flower arrangements that were suppose to go on the arch for the ceremony. I come to find out while getting ready in the bridal suite that the they did not put up the floral arrangements on the arch and without even telling us anything left already. So we called Beatriz and her response was well because they felt the arch was not stable. She had both of our phone numbers and no one thought it will be a good idea to call us and tell us that while her staff are at the venue so we can fix it for them to put the flowers on. Since she didnt like what we had to say she just hung up on us. So choose carefully because they are not reliable and ruin your wedding day. There are so many other florists that you choose from and they will not just leave you hanging last minute. Btw we put up the flowers and the arch held it with no problem so Beatriz you may want to reconsider your delivery team. Wont be doing business with you in the future ever again
