I was a passenger in a vehicle collision in 2019. Kottler and Kottler have represented my family in previous collisionns in the paste few years, and are nothing but excellent people. They took my case and fought for me and my permanent injuries. We settled in 2021 and was extremely happy with eh way it was handled. I was involved in a multiple vehicle collision back in August of 2022 courtesy of a negligent young driver. I cannot stress enough the amount of hardship I had to endure when this accident happened. My health declined, my work was affected and my overall outlook in life somewhat changed. But I was still thankful that I walked out of it alive. Now, I was aware that this might be a lengthy process and I was fully informed of it. They were consistent on giving me updates whenever I asked. The explanations was also given to me as to why we may or may not do certain actions during that time. But ultimately with patience it will be paid off. Sure enough that was the case with this particular situation. Mr. Doug I would like to thank you and your staff very much for being so diligent about this case. I also like the fact that Mr. Doug took the time to talk to me over the phone and my spouse was able to personally thank him in person. We cannot thank you enough from having to save me so much stress especially that at some point it has disabled me. You and your staff are AMAZING!
