Decent rooms but terrible customer service. The front desk was rolling her eyes when I asked to extend another night. My toddler asked for a spoon and was directed to go across a busy car traffic road. I also got double charged and the two charges are different for the same day. Mismanagement and employees do not care

The hotel and the rooms are very good. At breakfast, which is unusual for a European guest at a hotel of this level, there are disposable plastic plates, glasses and cutlery. There is free bus transportation between the airport and the hotel.

Room was plain but large, with kitchen taking up a third. Very nice bathroom...but at 3:30am, loooong wait for hot water. Walkability: 20-plus minute walk from terminals. Food & drinks: Pizza / beer restaurant on site is very good, original pies.

Prepare to spend 54 DOLLARS A DAY FOR PARKING ! You won't find this information ANYWHERE but if you want to park your car in the same hotel you will stay in, you will pay 54 DOLLARS A DAY ! which is crazy . Besides that, their hold is 500 dollars! You won't find this information anywhere neither. So if you will choose this place because you think you got a good deal for your money, think better adding the parking money on that ...because I'm pretty sure you can find another hotel that give free parking for guests, If not, I'm sure won't be 54 DOLLARS A DAY. Plus if you need to use their laundry get ready to have quarters....the hotel won't help you with that neither. Is THEIR system and they can't provide any quarters to help you do your laundry.
