Check-in was easy, the rooms were clean, the free breakfast was very rare in the USA, even in the Las Vegas palaces you don't have a small coffee maker and the dining room was quiet and magnificent. The room had plenty of space to get ready for two people! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it Walkability: 5 minutes from the metro, great location for visiting Los Angeles by metro

Wish I could recommend this hotel but unfortunately I cannot due to too many factors. Upon arrival I am told there is not a restaurant on site and therefore, no room service, despite stating to the contrary both on their own website and Travelocity. I was here to take a test and so, picked this hotel due to the location and the room service option. Disappointed to find the restaurant closed some time ago but nothing to that effect has been changed on any social media. The rooms are small and I was woken up at 4am by trash trucks and other trucks clanking loudly down the alleyway that the room faced. The room does not have a microwave nor darkened curtains. The light that shines into the room makes the room bright all night and makes it impossible to sleep. I requested a late checkout, just an additional two hours due to logistics of travel and even agreed to pay a fee but was told No. The phone in the room is non-functional. When I first inquired about it I was told the technician would be up to fix the phone. When I returned, the phone was still inoperable. When I inquired, I was told that they were "waiting on new phones" and so, it would not be fixed during my stay. This meant having to walk or use the elevator if I had any questions, which I had to do several times. All of this for over $250 a night. Way overpriced for the lack of service and quality in the hotel.
