The facilities are good in general but upon arrival they ask for a deposit of one hundred dollars which they tell you will be returned to you at the end of the stay... I stayed there in September for 4 nights and they did not return those one hundred dollars of the deposit to me

I come here to stay every other weekend for school. I absolutely appreciate this hotel and the family that owns it. From the very first time I stayed, I felt safe and comfortable. I will never stay anywhere else in LA. The rooms are clean, the beds are so comfortable, there are plenty of places to eat and park nearby, and USC is only 2 miles away. This place is a good choice for anyone with events downtown.
Rooms: Rooms are always clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are roomy and there are lots of channels on the TV to choose from
Nearby activities: LA Way Live, USC, Loyola, shopping and restaurants are all walking distance or only a short drive away
Walkability: It's Los Angeles, so take the regular precautions. Don't walk alone or at night (downtown). There are a few really close restaurants
Food & drinks: There is a Korean place right next door that is amazing, and Rodeo Mexican grill is in walking distance as well. There is a McDonald's less than a block away and also a 7/11. Doordash and Uber eats also deliver right to your room.
