        The staff is not customer service oriented, even towards faithful returning customers of more than 7 years. Noteworthy details: The on duty staff person "Dena" was borderline rude and uncooperative. The motel was not even at half capacity, but she would not allow an early check-in of 1:30 pm. She said the Motel 6 system wouldn't allow the early check-in before 2:30 pm. She wouldn't even consider a helpful deed of housing the extra bags, that couldn't fit in our trunk, somewhere on the premises to allow us to safely get something to eat. While I know all of this was up to their discretion, that could have been a kind act that would improve their chances of receiving more patronage from travelers. You will always win if you are kind to others!!!

        Just checked Inn made reservations for 2 ppl 1st. the staff made it almost impossible to pay for the room. 2nd. Once payment was figured out, it was all of a sudden for just 1 person and no visitors even though online it was for 2ppl and our reservation is for 2ppl. Very basic I mean who really stays in a hotel room alone 2 ppl in a Delux King size bedroom is standard I can see if u want to charge extra if there is more than 2 ppl but they made this really big deal that there is an extra charge for my wife oh and the 2nd person I forgot to mention is my wife not a friend or a random person but my wife of 12yrs. And of course, im not going to sneak my wife into our room so now they added another $27 per night for my wife to stay with me in our room. The only reason I went along with it is because they allow dogs and I have a service dog with me so I did not make a big deal about it becase none of the other hotel around here allow dogs. ONLY GOOD THING IS THAT DOGS ARE ALLOWED AND THE ROOMS ARE NICE AND CLEAN AND NEW. But ya, I had to pay another $81 on top the $453 for the 13th to 16th. Staff is horrible, but hotel room is nice and clean and dog friendly. Rooms: Clean and new very nice rooms and shower new big TV with cable Noteworthy details: Have room with jacuzi. it's the spa king unfortunately it was booked
