        Terrible experience. The car was dirty and has over 95,000 miles in it. Long wait, no shuttle. Its like they only have 2 employees running the entire operation.

        I booked the car and priceline picked this rent a car company, it said at the time of reservation that there is a shuttle pick up at the LAX, waited 2hrs no shuttle showed, called, got the voicemail saying gotta take airport bus to go to parking garage then walk from there, ok. Took uber from airport to come to the location where 1 agent working and 15 people in line, another 2hrs probably, what a nightmare, never ever never again. RUN.....

        Decline to give the car until you pay extra $$$ for collision insurance. Took 2 hours to get the car.
