        After my stay at this hotel, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $700. This took place shortly after my card was used at the hotel's front desk for a parking fee the only occasion my card was out of my possession. I strongly urge you to monitor your cc statements closely if you have recently stayed here. Better to be cautious and stay away from this place. ==== Reply to the owner: I've got clear evidence that your staff misused my credit card for unauthorized charges, i.e., charged my cc with someone else's expense. Fraud claims already filed and will take further actions.

        We stayed here for an outing last minute and by far one of the best hotels weve stayed at, nice rooms, easy to book and its close to DTLA, we would definitely stay here again.

      Sorry your credit card was compromised. Please know that our agent never handled your credit card. The credit machine is on your side of the desk. You are the one who taps the credit card not our agent. We don’t even know the number on your credit card that you use to pay. That information is never stored .
