    The room was spotless. A/C worked well. Service was great! I had two great meals at their restaurant. Food and service were great! Bell Staff were excellent. Now for the not so good... Bathroom door closes automatically so I had to prop the door open with a shoe. Bathroom light is on a sensor, and it did not give me enough time to finish taking a shower before it turned off. Thankfully I had the door propped open with the shoe. Exterior windows were extremely dirty. Taking the good with the not so good, I would stay at this hotel again and again. I really liked the good service and the good restaurant!

    Great suite rooms. What is particularly nice is that the suite bedroom has a separate door to the living room and thus, you can have guess without having to show them the bedroom.

    The positives: The shuttle to and from the airport, friendly staff, the bed was amazingly comfortable, access to a hot tub after a long day The Negatives: I know not the hotel's fault that there's a dog kennel right next to the hotel, but NO WARNING, or ear plugs left in the room, I didn't get more than 2 hours of sleep after getting in late and having a very important meeting the next morning. The dogs started barking before 3am and didn't stop. I had no time to ask to be moved to another room. The bathroom door would not stay open so I had to prop something to keep it open. No woman wants to be in a closed hot bathroom while blowdrying their hair and getting ready. The walls are INCREDIBLY thin. I could hear the person in the room next to me listening to TV and every word on a phone call. I thought they were out in the hall, but nope. The restaurant in the hotel for breakfast was horrible. Overpriced burrito that had no flavor plus the service was SO SLOW. The airport shuttle attendant had me get off at the wrong spot at the airport, so I had to walk 8 minutes to the correct one. I will not be staying here next time I'm in town for work.
