I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the mediation services provided by Asa Pitt. My experience with him as a mediator for my case was nothing short of a nightmare. I caution anyone considering his services to think twice before making the same mistake I did. Right from the beginning, I found a lack of empathy and understanding from Asa Pitt when addressing a distressing incident that occurred between myself and my ex-partner. Instead of offering the support and guidance I was hoping for, he seemed to downplay the significance of the incident, which left me feeling dismissed and unheard. This approach raised concerns about his professionalism and ability to handle sensitive matters effectively. Furthermore, despite the challenging dynamics between myself and my ex-partner due to the incident mentioned earlier, Asa Pitt continued to encourage us to hire him as our mediator. In hindsight, this demonstrated a limited understanding of our unique circumstances and an apparent disregard for the complexities that arise in such cases. It would have been more beneficial if he had acknowledged the challenges and provided guidance tailored to our specific needs. To add insult to injury, Pitt assured me that hiring him would expedite the resolution of our case, claiming that we could settle within a month. However, this turned out to be nothing but false hope. A year passed, and there was still no resolution in sight. I found myself constantly chasing him through emails and texts, while he continued to bill me without delivering any results. The most frustrating part of this ordeal is that Pitt charged us a staggering amount of nearly $6,000 for his services, which ultimately proved to be an absolute waste of money. I can't help but feel scammed by his empty promises and lack of professionalism. I sincerely hope that others contemplating the use of Asa Pitt's services as a mediator take this review into serious consideration.
