Awesome experience! I went on a Sunday afternoon as a walk- in and got great service. Daniel did my pedicure with sugar scrub and Mike did my nails. (I got gel and everything is filed nicely and smooth) They both make sure you love your nails before you leave. You guys gained a new client! I will definitely be back!

Tina was recommended to me (in the salon behind 99) by a friend. I had to get my previous nail tech to explain things to her. Evidently they dont even have hard gel there (used instead of acrylics). She started drilling off the gel polish with no empathy or care whatsoever. In my 40 years of having my nails done, she hurt me more than anyone elseever. I kept involuntarily jumping from the pain & she yelled at me and gave me dirty looks I cant do it if you scare! I wasnt scared, she was drilling deeply with me care at all. I remarked several times it wasnt being scared, it was pain. Finally she rudely yelled, I cant do it if you scare! So I asked what I owed her for what she had done so far & I left. As I was leaving, I could hear her yelling rudely to the whole shop how scare & awful I was. Pathetic customer service. Terrible treatment. Evidently the shop doesnt have the nw techniques. From the other reviews, there must be some good people there but be sure you dont get Tina!
