There are no words to express my gratitude to Kyle Hindin, my attorney, and his team at Robert Hindin & Associates. In summary, he won my case and my brain is healing. Kyle cared first that I received the proper medical treatment I needed. Once we realized the severity and extent of my injury, well, he did what he does best - he proved and won my case. I was lucky. Kyle took my case after I was passed over by another firm who referred me to him. The first firm didn't accept my case because my accident was seen as non winnable and not high valued. I knew I had a concussion and would need help dealing with the insurance company - they have legal teams and I needed an expert on my team. Little did I know that worse things were in store for me and I am so, so thankful to Kyle for being my legal representative. Most importantly, I trusted in Mr. Hindin's and this firm's experience and expertise. If I had not, I would not be able to write this review because the traumatic brain injury resulted in me suffering from migraines (computer screens were my nemesis), light and sound sensitivity (no eating out, gatherings, concerts, etc.), and reduced mental faculties - think bipolar on crack with no ability to focus for more than 10-20 minutes. The thought of doing math (and I love math so much I have a degree in it) or any abstract thought would trigger a migraine. This injury took everything that brought me joy and made it a living hell. Kyle got me through this because he listened, cared, and hired one of the best neurologists in my area. Like I said - I owe Kyle more than words can say. Kyle took my case despite the uphill battle he would face to (1) prove I had an injury - broken bones are easier to prove than brain trauma, (2) prove that the resulting pain, suffering, and loss of mental faculties were a direct result of the injury from the accident, and (3) win my case. He succeeded.
