I received the utmost care, attention and legal representation from Vaziri Law Group when I contacted them in 2022 concerning a car accident I was in. All the way up thru to the close of the case I received nothing but the best treatment and consideration whether it was from an associate arranging a ride for me to get to and from appointments, or speaking with Mr. Hakim whom I contacted thanks to a friend who had been in a similar situation, recommending him to me because he had experienced the same amazing service and knowledge base I did. All of the various establishments I went to for medical attention, physical therapy, and specialists in various fields were par excellence, and Vaziri Law Group gave me several choices to choose from for my convenience based upon my geographical location and my preference. From the very beginning Mr. Hakim made sure I was able to get to and from my appointments whether it was the tow yard to get my belongings from my car or the numerous follow ups over the months. I never felt as though I was an inconvenience and was always promptly and adequately addressed regarding my concerns. Mr. Hakim stayed in contact with me to let me know about developments in my case and gave me advise based on his experience. Without going into detail I can attest to the fact that I was amply awarded a fair settlement and my medical bills were reduced significantly, which helped attenuate effects of lost employment income due to injuries and recovery time. I received a check when the case finished along with a financial breakdown that was clear and concise. My father would say to me sometimes when I was growing up, "You are a gentleman and a scholar." My experience was brutal. I had an accident in September 2022 along with two family members and we got physical therapy right away. However, the physical therapy treatment wasn't good but we stuck with it until January 2023. We we told the plaintiff insurance was super high but yet when it came down to settlement, it was very small. The law firm presented the plaintiff with a six figure proposal amount but we got a four figure amount. I always had to follow up on updates, wasn't explained why the law firm presented a high proposal yet we each got low four figure amounts, and different stories were given to us. Seriously, me and my family members could of settled our own case with the plaintiff and their attorneys months ago for the same amount that we received. We didn't even get enough to even continue our own physical therapy which was supposed to happen. The law firm was disappointing on so many levels. I wasn't going to leave a review but I decided to do this because it was disappointing to me and my family. At the end, I was even told that we shouldn't expect any life changing amount ... that is not what was told to us in the beginning or on the settlement proposal to the plaintiff. The law firm needs to make sure to explain every step and real expectations ... don't explain the changes when we start questioning what's happening or why we are settling for low amounts. We complained so much on the miscommunication and dollars expected that they lowered their lawyer fees and had to negotiate with the physical therapists to get us the four figure amounts which was so disappointing!
