        They rebuilt my transmission, did not operate normal after they worked on it, always felt slipping between shifts, asked them about it, always got the round around, I had it serviced by another shop and was told it wasn't rebuilt correctly, I asked Tradeway which parts were replaced exactly but never got an answer.

      We would like to address your concern, but it is extremely difficult to respond when we do not know who you are. You stated you took your vehicle to another shop, did they disassemble your transmission? Every transmission we rebuild has a 3 year warranty and we would immediately address the issue. It is impossible to determine an incorrect rebuild by a service. We did not have a conversation regarding any of these types of issues, so it is very complexing to see this review. We would like to speak with you and help you with your concerns. We cannot tell who you are by your user name "West Coast Treasures". If you are having problems with a rebuilt transmission, we would like to know right away and resolve the problem, and the warranty will cover the transmission within its time frame. We would like to speak with you.
