Called to fix a flat tire around 10:45p.m ish. I was put on hold so she can help 3 other person ahead of me.She came back and ask if there's a spare tire, I said yes and then put me back on hold. It's 11:00pm and she hung up on me. It's rainy out there and my husband and kids are out there stranded. They did not help me at all.

After getting into an accident downtown yesterday, we went to the E Towing yard to pick up the rest of our belongings from our car. The one who helped us was our tow truck driver, and he was very pleasant to talk to and respectful and assisted us while we gathered our things. He even helped us gather some details we missed from the night before. A very dependable company and great workers.
