        Came in a few weeks ago to switch to AT&T. Everything went smoothly until recently when we got the bill. It came out to be THREE times what we were told. An almost 500 dollar bill, which we cannot afford. Not only did they fail tell us about the mistakes THEY made, which caused the bill to be so high, but they refused to help. They repeatedly said I cannot help you and I dont know what to tell you. Seriously?! These are YOUR mistakes. When asked to speak with manager, they declined. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND IS A FRAUD.

        Theres another at&t store 5 minutes away that is WAY more professional. This location said they were charging us for a sim card. We later found out that they charged us a donation without notifying us. On top of that, the phone didn't even work and we went to another store and got it fixed FOR FREE. They were the ones that informed us that the sim card was insignificant and we didnt even need it, and showed us that we were charged a donation fee. I then called this store to ask why they charged us a donation fee without telling us, and the guy on the phone was extremely rude as if they didnt just scam us and steal our money. They definitely need to hire different employees.
