        Ive had a nightmare of a time with progressive. I purchased a home insurance policy with them and after a couple months they advised I need a to replace my roof and trim my tree. The cost of both of them cost a combine $12000. Everytime I would show them proof it would take them 2 weeks to get back to me. It got to the point where I had a lapse of coverage even after fixing the items almost a month before the final cancellation date. Even while waiting for an email back, I received a quote from another company for $400 less a year. I only went with them because I had an auto policy with them. Whenever its convenient for me to leave I will leave them completely.
