Dont recommend using them for DMV services. Went in for a title transfer. First mistake was my address, she submitted it before she had me sign and verify the information. Had to wait an hour for her to cancel and resubmit. Then on the second try she spells my last name wrong. And AGAIN she submitted it before she had me verify. She then claimed to have fixed the name and it would be correct when title came in. A week later it arrived and It wasnt. I had to go back a 3rd time and when I walked I didnt even say what I was there for, yet they already knew it was for a name correction. How convenient Youre better off going to the DMV. They lack experience and accountability.

I regularly rely on the good reviews a place has on Google. They recommended Turbo Multi Servicios to me, and if the clientele is very busy, which is quite normal during tax season, I think that any place that provides good service will have the possibility of a long wait. In my opinion I would say that they do an excellent job and have very good prices. In the end the result is what counts.

It's a good place, Elizabeth is very good at what she does but the waits are LONG. I wish he would only deal with one client at a time. He tries to serve several clients at the same time and that's how he falls behind because he doesn't finish with one or the other. I think you need better organization and know how to train your work group more and have them ready for the season.
