I would rate zero stars if I could. 1/12/23 between the hours of 12:45-2pm my life partner was racially discriminated against by the staff. He came in to follow up on his loan application AS A MODESTO JR COLLEGE student and was told before being spoken to, we dont just serve anybody here. Staff immediately brushed him off and treated him like garbage. We will be following up on this to the highest office of this establishment. Do not recommend.

Everytime I call Donna acts like Im frauding my own account and says I cannot raise the limit on taking MY money out of my account talking to me like Im her child its ridiculous

By far the best bank I have EVER dealt with! If you need help with ANY bank of financial assistance I would recommend this bank. They are very personable and will treat you with the up most respect. The go above and beyond for their members I will never go to another bank.
