Simply delicious and the service was much better than in other restaurants of the same chain, everything very delicious

Didn't have the best experience last time because I was served coffee with lipstick still on the cup so I haven't been back here over a year. Well today was my pops 66th bday and he wanted breakfast here so instead of eating inside i ordered ahead of time. When I got there to pick up my order I specifically asked the girl hey did you put condiments because last time their wasnt any. Their response well when ordering it doesn't give you that option so if you don't see it go ahead and comeback to get it. I live in oakdale So I opened up the bag so I didn't have to come back Because they refused to check and guess what no syrup for pancakes no butter or jam for biscuit etc not even silver wear when ordering from the BLACK BEAR DINER WEBSITE I put on special request PLEASE PUT CONDIMENTS the girls still pretry much argued its not their job you have go request it or check yourself. Then when I got home the order was completely wrong. Food Looked sorry and wasn't what I ordered and extremely cold and soggy. The manager issued a refund and was understanding about the situation but honestly I won't be coming back here again. Tried giving this place 3 chances too many. All my dad wanted was to have a good birthday breakfast guess having a fresh correctly ordered meal with the appropriate condiments was too much to ask. Had to end up throwing everything away.
