I 100% recommend Cathi to anyone needing tax help. She is very welcoming, polite and has great customer service. She always communicates with us either via email, text or phone any time id call she would answer or would call back right away. We reached out to her during a business audit that had only 7days left to complete and she took on the problem right away and helped us get through it. She also helped us with back taxes and walked us through everything and made sure we understood. My family and I will all continue to do our taxes with her and I would recommend her to anyone that I know.

Avoid her just like she avoids you. She had my information for two months, and did not respond to emails, texts or social media to tell me what is going on with my taxes. I was patient, but have matters that definitely need attention - and that's not what I got from her. Cathi wasted two months of my time and did not seem to care about getting the job done. She is part of a referral club where I met her, but if she can't treat people she networks with well, what should I expect of people I refer to her? Take your business elsewhere - she clearly does not want it.
