Maria Sanchez is an amazing tax preparer! She's been doing our taxes for several years and always does a great job. She is very thorough and explains things very well. She also provides sound tax advice. We trust her to do our taxes every year. We attempted to go to another tax preparer at this office since Maria was not in on the day we originally went. Mohammed, unfortunately, was very inexperienced, and we were not comfortable with him completely our taxes and ultimately scheduled time with Maria. He asked no questions about our finances while completing the forms. I highly recommend having your taxes done with Maria. She's awesome! We've never had any issues.

I was told it would cost $150 but ended up owing Jackson Hewitt almost $1000 . It's not right what they r doing , I was scammed by surprise billing .WARNING THESE PEOPLE ARE STEALING HARD WORKING PEOPLES MONEY !!!!!!!!! GET SPECIFIC PRICES BEFORE YOU EVEN SIT DOWN . DO NOT HAND THEM A SINGLE W-2 B4 AN ESTIMATE OF SERVICE IS PUT IN WRITING FIRST AND AGREED ON before they begin the process. There is no such thing anymore as preparing taxes go to IRS website and file directly for free all you have to do is take picture of w-2 and answer yes or no easy questions save yourself .too late for me

Renee was so very patient and helpful. I told her she was above and beyond. She was very informative and positive. My experience with her was very pleasing. To bad my taxes cost me so much money to process. I was hoping for a decent refund.

Do not trust these people to be transparent about pricing the most I ever paid for tax prep was $200 dollars and that was for 2 years taxes but this place was very deceptive in their practices and in telling me orally that on average tax filing would cost on average $150 and I took that to mean that's how much I would pay for their service so when I was astonished to find out they were charging me $449 for something labeled premium package to which I asked for a complete break down of what premium package included and as to what the difference was between premium package cost that I was charged and what a standard or lower tier pricing costs and how it differs from so called their highest priced tax prep. Why but why????? I didn't agree to any sort of amount in or above the original stated amount of anything lass than $200 . This was completely forced on me and my family and now do I regret even walking through their door. I didn't know what services they had even provided to me besides inputting info from my W-2 to which if I had just stuck to directly filing my taxes I would have been $449 dollars richer but thanks to what the medical field explains as predatory services and surprise billing .
