I contacted them after I had been in my new house for about a month and noticed that a tree branch from my tree was resting on my neighbors roof. The team was very careful when it came to removing the tree branch on my neighbors roof and made sure that no damage came to their home. I had asked for referrals on social media, Charles Schwab was cited over and over, I'm so pleased with the pruning on a very big Bradford Pear tree, Charles and his two employee's were the best! They pruned, they did not butcher, and they brought a very big shredder to dispose of the branches, they left the area very clean. The first photo is before, the second is after, they brought the branches up off the roof area, and on the pool side the pool guy will be thrilled not to have to wrestle the branches every week! Charles is also a licensed Arborist (tree surgeon) so there is an extra layer of expertise.
