Casablanca Insurance

I don't know how this place is doing business. They do not answer their calls. I called eight days in a row at different times and never spoke to anyone. Not reliable and definitely not recommendable.

John Flores is very unprofessional and I would not recommend doing any business with him or Casablanca Insurance. John provided my daughter a insurance quote and we signed up over the phone, I provided him with my credit card information and we never received any confirmation. My daughter called him the following day and he told her the insurance carriers system was down and he would contact her. It's been over 4 days and we have yet to here back from John. We've been calling and texting and nothing. I even called and spoke to Julie and asked if the manager Unis Drayes could return my call. She said I would here back within 1 hour and it's been over 24 hours now. I keep calling the office and no answer. They are very unprofessional and a scam.

Very helpful when needing to change my policy and add a new vehicle. They waived the fee for the policy change. I would recommend them.

As other people mentioned, I have an issue with my home insurance from Nationwide that purchased through Casablanca. I called Nationwide and found out that Casablanca only did one small payment entire time out of all my payments I did which caused policy cancellation twice. I even received bills from collection company multiple times. Also I asked them to cancel my policy, they never notified Nationwide.I contacted Casablanca many times but they never responded. I ended up filing an official complaint with the State.
