12-2-23 Update:
After avoiding this store for nearly two years. I needed metric bolts to hang a friends TV. Not knowing exactly the right size, I purchased two sets of bolts and washers, so I wouldnt have to make a repeat trip - thinking I could easy return what I did not need later in the day.
It took them nearly 30 MINUTES to figure how to return and credit $9 DOLLARS worths of bolts and washers!!! Incompetence does not begin to describe it!!!
Looks like I will avoid this store as much as possible in the future!!! And if theres a possibility you might need to return something, I suggest you do the same.
