I want to recommend Mr. Frazier and his team for anyone looking for home insurance. Especially if one has been cancelled for having the audacity to move in a forested neighborhood. There hasn't been an wildfire here, since it was settled over 100 years ago. I've lived here for over 40 years
Despite the FAIR plan being backed by and is administrated by Insurance Companies, Mr Frazier doesn't receive a dime.
No matter, Mr Frazier listened to me and found an plan I could afford. This was important as I am on a fixed income. I consider him a hero!

This is some of California's darkest times to be a home owner. Everything is just so hard and expensive, especially when it comes to Home Insurance. I struggled to contact so many brokers when my previous policy was dropped. I came across the Frazier Insurance Team. I will always work with local businesses when possible. Anna Brazelton was assigned to my case and I can not thank her enough because:
1. She listened to my needs
2. She always responeded in time and with kindness/understanding
3. We went through multiple iterations of the policy to make sure I am happy with the final result.
They customer service, insurance options and overall approach is amazing. It's so refreshing to get that support when I needed it so much and in timely matter. Very trustworthy insurance broker.
