        My neighborhood avis is very convenient, did my reservation online and got there and in less than 5 minutes I was on my way

        Its the second time Ive rented a car from here and every time it is absolutely filthy and disgusting. The first time the associate apologized and I had to go get the car washed on my own which they reimbursed. My second time I was in a rush for a trip and had no time to do the same. The car reeked of smoked and I used a whole pack of wipes to wipe the seats down- they were brown dirty rags by the time I got done. There is absolutely no hygienic protocols followed at this car rental.
